Food was tasty and our favourites were the scallop sashimi and spider roll. Only thing I would say is service was slow at times and we were waiting around for a dessert menu and to get the bill. We will be back to try other items on the menu.

This is a beautifully decorated restaurant. Perfect for a romantic date or treat. I have eaten so much sushi in my life & in different parts of the world. This is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Immaculately prepared with beautiful presentation. Tastes fresh, original & delicious. I would especially recommend the spicy tuna avocado roll & spicy salmon avocado roll. A lovely selection of crunchy pickles which really enhanced the flavours of the meal. Their tofu katsu curry was really wonderful. A warming filling dish. The tofu is delicately prepared with lovely rice & very tasty curry sauce! I love spinach & the spinach goma (with sesame & miso) was the best spinach I’ve ever eaten. The prices were good for the quality of food. We were very happy after our meal!!!
I went for dinner here with my partner last night and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, the wine was great - I would highly recommend the Katsu Curry! We are new to the area and definitely will be coming back here. At the end of the night I left my bag at the restaurant and the team were kind enough to drop it to my house that evening. Could not recommend enough!

Came here for a date night with my other half before seeing an orchestra at The All Saints Church. Had Chicken Yakitori and Gyozas for starter Sumiaki Serloin Steak and Salmon Donburi for main. Sides were Kimchi, Wakame Salad, Egg and Garlic Rice and Mixed Japanese Salad. Drinks: Sparkling Water and Sapporo. Overall, the food, atmosphere and service was great. The gent serving us was amazing and paid close attention with our order as well as asking if we had any specific dietary requirements. The only thing that was off putting about the evening was a pair of teen girls sitting there giggling and stabbing their food with chopsticks creating a bit of a scene. Not really how you should conduct yourself in a small restaurant, but what can you do? Total cost 71 (including 10% service charge) Will definitely return in the future
We visited Oishii today for the first time based off my partner’s friend’s recommendation and we really enjoyed our meal there! Staff were lovely and friendly and the atmosphere was great - highly recommend and would 100% revisit!
What a find! We've walked past this restaurant many times. Today we decided to pop in, so glad we did. Really delicious, fresh food - sooo good. Great value too.
